What to Expect?

Before Emsella® treatment can begin, you will have a consultation to determine if this procedure is suited to you. The treatment begins by properly positioning you in the Emsella® chair. Your feet should be flat on the floor, shoulder width apart while your knees sit at a 90-degree angle, outwardly rotated. Your pelvic area is positioned closest to the centre of the chair with your spine straight and hands relaxing gently on your thighs. The chair height is set for the comfort of your body. Individual sessions take 28 minutes and the only sensations you may experience are slight tingling and some vibrations. The treatment is a total of eight sessions over three weeks.
