In 2019 life long best friends Sheri Meyer and Ciara Ramsden embarked on the ultimate adventure and opened Flirt Cosmetics Studio Inc. With their combined creative vision they imagined a fully inclusive studio where anyone could come to enhance their personal well being inside and out. Flirt has grown to include cutting edge head to toe aesthetic and personal wellness options. “We have personally curated, tried and tested every product, service, and technology ourselves prior to introducing anything to the Flirt Community. Every service exists for a reason at Flirt. We ensure we only bring the best to Cochrane and the clients who trust us.”

Ciara Ramsden is the visionary Founder and Co-Owner of Flirt Cosmetics Studio. A unique space where beauty, professionalism, medicine and community come together. With 18 years of experience as an Advanced Care Paramedic specializing in Critical Care in Alberta, including two years in the operating room, Ciara brings an unmatched level of medical expertise, precision, and hygiene to everything she does. Her background laid the foundation for the elevated standards that Flirt is known for today. After transitioning from pre-hospital emergency medicine to follow her passion for cosmetic tattooing, Ciara trained under globally renowned master Anita Abramo, developing her skills to become a top-tier artist in the field. But her talents don’t stop there, Ciara is also the creative force behind Flirt’s bold, vibrant brand and marketing. Her eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and connection has helped shape Flirt’s identity and build a strong, loyal community around it. Recently, Ciara has made the intentional decision to step back from cosmetic tattooing to focus full-time on leading Flirt’s bright future.  With a deep understanding of both business and beauty, she is now dedicating her energy to driving innovation, growth, and expanding Flirts world class services ensuring Flirt continues to meet the evolving needs of the Cochrane community and beyond. “My goal has always been to work with the best, create with intention, and build something long lasting. Flirt was never just about beauty—it’s about connection, confidence, and care.” If you are looking for Ciara outside of work you will likely find her cuddling her fluffy Golden Doodle, or at the local hockey rink with her husband cheering on their son and his teammates.  Go Cochrane Rockies Go!

Sheri Meyer is the operational heartbeat of Flirt Cosmetics Studio. Fondly known as the “Camp Director” by her team. With decades of entrepreneurial experience and an unshakable passion for building community-driven businesses, Sheri plays a hands-on role in both the front- and back-end operations of Flirt, ensuring everything runs smoothly while keeping the team energized and inspired. A lifelong friend of co founder Ciara Ramsden They have 46 years of friendship and trust between them, Sheri was the natural choice to help bring the Flirt vision to life. She joined the brand with a powerful track record of success, having previously founded and operated Mission Girls, Canada’s first female-specific snowboard shop. Sheri built Mission Girls into a thriving business by creating a strong sense of community, empowering female athletes, and leading with authenticity and heart. Sheri holds a degree in Business and Marketing and has also made her mark in the world of boutique homebuilding in Calgary, working as a general contractor and project lead. Her grit, creativity, and drive were on full display during the build-out of the current Flirt studio, completing the full renovation in under three months. The beautiful, welcoming space clients enjoy today is a direct result of her dedication and eye for detail. Now fully immersed in the world of medical aesthetics, Sheri has traded her tool belt for a new toolkit, one focused on strategic growth, innovation, and client experience. She is actively leading investment and expansion initiatives to ensure Flirt’s continued growth is thoughtful, community-centered, and built on a sustainable, long-term foundation. With her business acumen, creative leadership, and undeniable passion, Sheri is helping shape Flirt into a thriving brand with purpose and staying power.  Sheri spends her free time adventuring in the Canadian Rockies, whether its boat surfing on the lake or hitting the slopes on her snowboard – Sheri is always up for an adventure with her husband and two grown boys!

Medical Director | MN, CPNP (PC), FNP, Medical Aesthetics 

With 28 years of nursing experience, Lynette Wohlgemuth brings a powerful blend of clinical expertise, compassion, and artistry to her role as Medical Director. Her journey began in pediatric critical care, where she spent 18 years at the Alberta Children’s Hospital supporting children and their families through some of their most vulnerable moments. In 2014, Lynette earned her Master of Nursing from the University of Toronto, specializing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, and later expanded her scope to family medicine through a Post-Master’s Nurse Practitioner certificate from Athabasca University in 2019. It was during this evolution in her career that she found her passion for medical aesthetics, recognizing its potential to not only enhance outer appearance, but support inner well-being and confidence. For 8 years Lynette has been developing her expertise in the art of advanced aesthetic medicine. As a highly sought after Nurse Practitioner she draws from both Canadian and international training to stay at the forefront of her field. Her approach is holistic, blending advanced clinical techniques with a deep understanding of individual needs. Whether addressing signs of aging, skin concerns, or restoring balance and vitality, Lynette focuses on bio-rejuvenation and augmenting natural beauty.  When not working she can be found with her wife and daughter hiking with their dog in the Canadian Rockies or relaxing around a campfire!

Registered Nurse | Advanced Cosmetic Injector

With over 12 years of nursing experience, primarily in mental health and forensic care, Nasim brings a calm, confident, and deeply compassionate approach to everything she does. Six years ago, she discovered her passion for medical aesthetics and has been immersed in the world of beauty and rejuvenation ever since. Nasim completed her aesthetics training in Toronto and continues to invest in advanced education, regularly attending courses to stay up to date with the latest products, technologies, and techniques. Her specialty is achieving subtle, natural-looking results that enhance your features while preserving your unique beauty. Whether you're looking to refresh tired skin, soften fine lines, or explore injectables for the first time, Nas is all about creating personalized treatments that leave you feeling confident and empowered. Outside the clinic, Nas is an avid traveler, her heart belongs to Maui. She stays active thanks to her two energetic pups, a husky and a terrier. She's also a Starbucks enthusiast (white chocolate mocha, please!) and loves connecting with clients by answering questions and demystifying the world of aesthetics.

Rebecca Davis’s built in passion for health, fitness, and wellness led her to Flirt Cosmetics Studio where she can inspire and empower others to live their healthiest lives.  Her enthusiasm for helping people feel better about their bodies and health made joining Flirt an exciting opportunity that she eagerly embraced. Working with a company that helps clients leave feeling rejuvenated and confident has been a dream come true for Rebecca. As a proud and busy mom of two amazing young adults who are now forging their own paths, Rebecca truly understands the challenges women face in maintaining a healthy lifestyle amidst life’s demands. She’s been there, balancing work, time constraints, self-care, and staying fit in a fast-paced world, and she is passionate about guiding others through those barriers. Rebecca’s goal is always the same: to inspire confidence, promote wellness, and make every client feel like the best version of themselves.  Rebecca has the gift of gab and will be sure to make you feel comfortable, welcomed and right at home during your body appointments!

With well over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, esthetic certifications, and a degree in Business, Lizzy brings a powerful blend of expertise, passion, and leadership to her role as Operations Manager at Flirt. Since joining the team in 2020, Lizzy has been instrumental in shaping both the client experience and the behind-the-scenes success of the clinic. Her journey began at the front desk of a hair salon, where she quickly fell in love with the energy of the beauty world and the joy of helping clients feel confident and cared for. As she transitioned into performing aesthetic services herself, Lizzy discovered something even more meaningful: the ability to build real, trusting relationships with her clients - offering not just beauty treatments, but a safe and uplifting space. Now, as Flirt’s Operations Manager, Lizzy is passionate about supporting and empowering the team of talented staff who share her vision. She plays a key role in driving the clinic’s growth while ensuring every client who walks through the doors feels valued, seen, and beautiful. A dedicated leader and warm-hearted professional, Lizzy is proud to be part of Flirt’s mission to make a lasting impact in the Cochrane community.  When Lizzy is not at Flirt she can be found with her husband, renovating their home and building the future of their dreams together.

Taylor Oliverio has always had a deep love for the world of beauty, and it shows in everything she does. With over four years of experience in the beauty industry in the Cochrane area, Taylor has honed her creative skills, built strong client connections, and developed a keen eye for what inspires confidence and self-expression. As Flirt’s Social Media & Content Creator, Taylor brings fresh young energy and a creative spark to the brand’s online presence. Whether she’s behind the camera creating engaging content or perfecting the brands messaging, her goal is always the same: share beauty, joy, and confidence with every post. Taylor is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Alberta, balancing her studies with her passion for digital storytelling and beauty. On weekends, you’ll likely find her spending time with friends and family or diving into a creative project, whether it’s content creation, makeup artistry, or something completely new.  Known for her warm personality and genuine enthusiasm, Taylor is proud to be part of a team that celebrates beauty, creativity, and community—both online and in our studio.

Katie-Jane is a highly accomplished and skilled Medical Aesthetician with over a decade of experience in the industry. Working alongside some of the leading plastic surgeon and dermatologist, as well as in high-end spas. This unique combination has allowed her to master the best of both worlds; this rare blend of clinical grade treatments and holistic wellness has shaped her into a versatile and sought after expert in the field.  Known for her healing hands and warm, calming presence, KJ creates a welcoming environment where clients feel seen, supported, educated and truly cared for.  Her personalized approach- paired with in-depth knowledge and meticulous attention to detail- allows her to deliver safe, superior results and an elevated, relaxing experience.  A true advocate for the pursuit of healthy, glowing skin, KJ is passionate about helping individuals achieve their skincare goals. Every treatment is thoughtfully customized to address each client's unique needs and concerns, creating a personalized experience rooted in trust, expertise and transformative results.  Katie-Jane’s biggest pride are her beautiful young children and her passion for motherhood is evident in everything she does.

Whether you're coming in for a rejuvenating facial, a precision brow treatment, or a full aesthetic makeover, Taylor’s goal is always the same: to help you leave feeling like your best, most empowered self. A proud graduate of NIWE Academy, Taylor holds a diploma in Clinical Aesthetics, where she gained a deep understanding of skin health and advanced aesthetic techniques. She’s also undergone expert training at Flirt’s renowned brow bar, mastering the art of shaping, tinting, and perfecting brows with precision and flair. When she’s not in the studio creating glowing results, Taylor is usually adventuring outdoors with her beloved dog. She’s happiest when she’s in the mountains or unwinding in the Okanagan, soaking up the sun, sipping local wine, and spending quality time with her family. Taylor can’t wait to welcome you into her treatment space and help you feel confident, beautiful, and cared for.

Savanna Barth is a proud Cochrane local whose passion for skincare is deeply personal and profoundly inspiring. Having experienced her own struggles with acne, Savanna understands firsthand how much our skin can impact our confidence. That journey sparked a determination to help others feel comfortable and radiant in their own skin and it’s what drives her work every day. Savanna pursued her dream by graduating from Delmar College with a diploma in Clinical Aesthetics, equipping her with a strong foundation in skin health and advanced treatment techniques. Savanna was educated in California with Advance Training for Hydrafacial™. She has received hands-on, specialized training from Flirt’s in house expert brow artists, refining her skills in precision brow shaping and detail-oriented aesthetic services. Known for her compassionate approach and attention to detail, Savanna blends professional knowledge with genuine care to create personalized, results-driven experiences for every client. Whether you're tackling skin concerns or simply looking for a self-care refresh, she’s here to support your journey with kindness, expertise, and a touch of local heart. When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll likely find Savanna on the volleyball court, in a hot yoga class, or spending quality time with her friends, family and Fellow Flirt Babes!

The energy at Flirt is something she finds truly special, and being part of that every day is one of her favorite aspects of the job. A proud Flirt Babe since 2022, her own acne journey led to a deep interest in medical-grade skincare and aesthetic treatments. She’s passionate about empowering others to feel informed and confident about their skin, blending beauty at the Brow Bar with a strong foundation in skin health. Outside of the studio, you’ll likely find her outdoors—on the golf course, fitting in a workout, or at home baking sourdough and cooking from scratch. Since joining our team a year ago, she has become an indispensable part of the clinic—seamlessly handling scheduling, memberships, financing, and retail with professionalism and a personal touch. Originally from the prairies of Manitoba, Erin made the move to Cochrane to embrace the beauty of mountain living and immerse her family in the outdoor lifestyle they love. An avid hiker and camper, she finds her joy exploring the rugged trails and breathtaking scenery of the Rocky Mountains. What truly sets Erin apart is her warm, welcoming energy and genuine care for everyone who walks through our doors. With nearly a decade of experience in the medical aesthetics industry, Becca brings both passion and care to every client interaction. Originally from North Carolina, she earned a degree in Art History and quickly found her calling in skincare and beauty. Most of Becca’s experience is in medical spas, though she’s also dabbled in dermatology and plastic surgery, gaining valuable insight into clinical skincare and advanced treatments. She specializes in helping women new to medical-grade skincare and aesthetic services feel comfortable, confident, and ready to invest in themselves. Since moving to Calgary in 2018, Becca has worked with a variety of professional skincare lines, including Jane Iredale, Skinceuticals, Vivier, and Alumier. Her deep understanding of the industry makes her recommendations especially valuable to clients, helping them make informed choices for their skin. Becca is thrilled to be part of the welcoming Flirt team in Cochrane, where she loves combining a friendly atmosphere with services and products that deliver real results. Outside of work, Becca is a travel-loving, art-obsessed DIYer. She enjoys spending time with her family in Cochrane and North Carolina, visiting museums and historic sites around the world, hiking with her husband and son, and tackling creative projects. Her warm, professional demeanor instantly puts clients at ease, and her dedication to personalized service ensures every visit is comfortable, rejuvenating, and results-driven. Meet Stella, the four-legged heart of Flirt! A Bernese Mountain Dog and Golden Retriever mix, Stella brings warmth, comfort, and unconditional love to everyone who walks through our doors. With her soft, soulful eyes and calm, empathetic nature, it’s no surprise we lovingly refer to her as our in-house emotional support dog. Stella’s favorite part of the day? Greeting clients, tail wagging, eyes sparkling, and always ready for a gentle lean or a well-timed cuddle. She has a magical ability to sense when someone needs a little extra love and will happily offer a paw, a nuzzle, or her belly for a tummy rub. Her presence is soothing, grounding, and a reminder that sometimes, the best kind of beauty therapy comes on four paws. Whether you’re visiting for a treatment or just popping in, Stella is always ready to make your day a little brighter. She’s more than a studio dog she is part of our family.
